A new doc on the crazy world of ice dancing by director Michael McNamara for Doc Zone will be broadcast Thursday, March 7 at 9pm on CBC, and Sat Mar 9 at 11pm on CBC News Network. I did the score for the show.

Julian Pinder‘s powerful doc on the impact of the gas industry on a rural community in Alberta, Trouble In The Peace, has it’s Toronto premiere March 7 -9 at The Royal. I was composer for the film.

I’m very proud to announce that I am officially now a Moog endorsed artist. I bought a classic minimoog synthesizer in 1981, and it has been a major part of my musical education and exploration ever since. Over the years other fantastic Moog pieces have become an integral part of my studio set-up. I’m very proud to be associated with this iconic brand, and I’m very excited to continue to work with their innovative designs.

Here’s the cover art for Mike Evin‘s excellent new CD “Do You Feel The World?”. He has nice posters of this for sale on his site too. I liked the image so much I’ve started exploring it further in a series of paintings on wood panels. I’ll post the results soon.
